WDGPH Hosting Virtual COVID-19 Vaccine Information Night for Parents and Caregivers, with Dr. Matthew Tenenbaum, Associate Medical Officer of Health

Dr. Matthew Tenenbaum, the Associate Medical Officer of Health for Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph PublicHealth, will be offering a presentation for parents and caregivers to ask questions and learn more about the COVID-19 vaccine for children ages 5 to 11. If you have questions you would like answered at the information night, please use this form to submit your questions ahead of time. Dr. Tenenbaum will answer as many as possible and you can also visit wdgpublichealth.ca/vaccine-kids for answers to FAQs.

How to join: Register and submit your questions at wdgpublichealth.ca/parent-info-night by Thursday, December 2 at 9 a.m. You will receive a link to join the day of the event.
