Attention Parents/Caregivers
There are downed hydro lines on Parkside St. near the school. Therefore, the power at the school has been turned off. The location of the downed lines has greatly impacted our regular pick up procedures and we are asking for your assistance. Please see below for details. We appreciate your assistance and ask that you let your caregivers know if your child is picked up at the end of the day. There is no access to Parkside and York St.
- All bus students will be picked up as usual but on Peel St. – please note there may be slight delays as we ensure everyone is on the proper bus
- All parents who are picking up their children are asked to park at the Church Parking lot – there will be no parking on Peel St. to allow for bus access.
- Parents who pick up their children are asked to meet their students at the junior/intermediate doors to allow bus students to use the primary doors.
- All walkers will meet in the library at the end of the day and be escorted by teachers to the cross-walk at Highway 89 to ensure they do not walk near the wires.
